Shipping policy

We are committed to providing smooth and timely delivery to our customers across the USA. However, please note that our windows are made in and shipped from Canada. Orders shipped to the USA may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and customs fees as determined by US regulations. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer directly to the customs authorities or delivery service upon receipt of the order.

Important:

• The customer is responsible for any applicable tariffs or duties on delivery.
• If these charges are not paid, and the order is refused or returned, we will not accept the return or provide a refund.

We recommend that customers familiarise themselves with any potential duties before placing an order. For any questions about shipping or duties, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

We make use of a variety of shipping providers and services to deliver to our customers. The exact method used will vary depending on the final destination as well as other external factors such as shipping provider order volume at a given time. 

We do our best to get orders delivered to you as quickly as possible. We strive to always ensure your order reaches you in approximately 10 days. Please note that due to the fragile nature of our products, damage does sometimes occur during shipping. In the event of shipping damage beyond our control, we will send a replacement unit, however it is unlikely to arrive within the original 10 day estimate. Be sure to account for the possibility of such delays when planning your project.

 

By default, our products require a signature from the customer upon delivery. If you would prefer a drop off with no signature, please send us an email after placing your order confirming that you have placed this order and do not require the signature. If you do not need a signature requirement, but place an order without informing us, you can change your delivery preferences directly on your tracking link.
